The online neurological advice service is provided by the Medicinal and Diagnostic Center for Diseases of the Nervous System Neuromag limited liability company with its registered office in Pszczyna, 27b Ogrodowa St. Medical consultation is provided by Dr. Maciej Gałaszek.

Online neurological advice is provided only in the field of spine assessment, including pain problems of various parts of it reported by the Patient.

The method of using online neurological advice is presented below in 4 simple steps.

STEP 1. Accurate completion of the "Ask a question to an expert" form by the Patient. This is necessary to obtain reliable feedback from the doctor conducting the consultation.

STEP 2. Based on the information obtained from the form, an authorized person conducts verification. Then he contacts the Patient by e-mail or telephone. The patient receives the most important information and may be asked to answer additional questions. This is how part of the qualification for online advice ends. Everything so far is free.

STEP 3. If the verification was successful, the Patient may be asked to send a CD with the current examination (not older than 6 months), e.g. magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, to the indicated address. From this moment, the proper stage of medical consultation begins. In order for the Patient to be able to take full advantage of it, it is required to make a payment to the indicated bank account in the amount of PLN 150 gross and to present proof of the transfer.

STEP 4. After booking the payment and receiving and reading the tests on the CD (if the Patient has been asked to do so), the doctor contacts the Patient by phone and provides detailed information.

To sum up, in order to use the online advice service you should:
- complete all required fields of the form available at www.neuromag.med.pl "Ask an expert a question",
- after contacting the authorized person confirming the qualifications, make the payment to the given bank account PKO: 35 1020 2528 0000 0002 0463 2149, title: Medical benefit, for the amount of PLN 150, sending confirmation of the transfer (e.g. by e-mail),
- send a CD with the examination requested by the doctor to the indicated address (optional).

The answer to the inquiry submitted using the "Ask an expert" form can be provided in two forms:
- e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the form (from the e-mail address neuromag@neuromag.med.pl)
- by phone to the phone number provided in the form (the person authorized to qualify will call from the number 668 485 964).
The form of providing the answer to the question from the "Ask an expert" form is decided by Neuromag, however telephone contact is preferred.
The time to answer an inquiry from the "Ask an expert" form should not exceed 7 days. The duration of the post-qualification consultation service depends on factors such as receipt of a CD with tests for which the Patient was asked after the qualification (optional), or receipt of the transfer confirmation. Usually, the waiting time also does not exceed 7 days from the moment the patient meets the requirements.
